Goal Setting

Hi Linda,Thank you for getting this site up. I was wondering how do I set goals and be able to achieve those goals? My mind can only focus on one thing at a time and it's hard for me to shift gears. For example: I just got done doing a part-time temporary job in the local technical college bookstore.
